Yes, you will be receiving a brand new Renault vehicle when you Subscribe to the Fixed NEW Koleos.
Yes, you will be given a Service Voucher and you will need to bring the vehicle in to any Autorised Renault Service Centre every 6 months / 10,000km for maintenance services.
The vehicle is covered by insurance. However, there may be some excess fees incurred during the following situations:
In the event of an accident:
An excess fee max. of up to RM990 for Captur, RM1,425 for Koleos OR RM2,470 for Megane R.S. Trophy (subject to the level of damage to the vehicle) may be imposed per incident.
- An additional excess fee of RM400 will be imposed if you are a probationary license holder and/or;
- Is below the age of twenty-one (21) years old.
Condition upon return of vehicle:
During vehicle return, we will inspect the condition of the vehicle. Please return the vehicle in good condition. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details.
Alternatively, you can opt for your preferred “Full Accident protection coverage” where you will not be charged for the damages in the event of accident (Depending on the selected Full protection plan)
The “Full Accident Protection Coverage” shall be opted at the time of your submission of the application under the Program. You shall not be permitted to terminate the “Full Accident Protection Coverage” after the commencement of the subscription.

All repairs must be done at authorized Renault Service Centres only.

You can start using the Renault family access 1 month after your Subscription start date. With the Base plan, you have 2 months Renault family access and can utilize the Megane R.S. for up to 2 weeks. The Prime plan, you have 2 months Renault family access and can utilize the Megane R.S. for up to 2 weeks.
Switch vehicle usage is a 14 day slots, and is subject to availability. Bookings to be made at least 14 days in advance.
You can drive the vehicle within Malaysia and Singapore. However, additional insurance is required for vehicles travelling to Singapore at a minimal fee. Kindly obtain Singapore access option during online submission at Renault E-Store or inform us at 1800-18-8663 (Monday – Sunday, 8am – 8pm) if you will be using your vehicle outside of Malaysia.
While for the Trial Plan, vehicles are only allowed within Malaysia only.
The Subscription Charges of the Said Vehicle is inclusive of car insurance coverage of:

You will need to inform us 30 days in advance via email and fill out the Cancellation Request form via: renaultsubscription@tanchonggroup.com.
The Subscription shall automatically terminate in the event of:
By Credit Card Auto Deduction. The monthly subscription payments will be deducted automatically from your card.
You can change your credit card details at your E-Store account directly. There will be a charge of RM1 which will be auto refunded to your card directly by IPAY88. To remove any credit card details from your E-Store account, kindly contact us at 1800-18-8663 or email to renault@tanchonggroup.com and our team will assist further.
Please note that the bank security on debit cards is higher than credit card, hence, debit card users may experience issues during the transaction. If this happens, please contact us at 1800-18-8663 and our team will assist further.
Below are some common error code returns from the banks and the banks’ recommended actions based on each error code:-
(i) Do Not Honour/ 3D Security Failure
-Kindly call the bank and request to activate the debit card’s E-Commerce/ 3D Authentication for auto-charging function and not for one single transaction
-Once the E-Commerce/ 3D Authentication is activated, please check with the bank and ensure that the e-commerce transaction limit is set to an amount which is higher than the total monthy payable amount. Kindly note that the E-Commerce transaction limit is different from the online transfer limit. By default, the bank’s E-Commerce transaction limit is set to a lower range so customers are required to check and change that limit accordingly.
(ii) Insufficient Fund
-Please check your credit limit or balance of your debit account and ensure there are enough funds for the transactions. Kindly also check with the bank and ensure that your card’s e-commerce transaction limit is set to a higher amount than the required transaction amount. Do note that the E-Commerce transaction limit is different from the online transfer limit. By default, the bank’s E-Commerce transaction limit is set to a lower range so the customer requires to check and change that limit accordingly.TC Euro Cars Sdn.
